Use AI Clearly's assessment tools run in your browser. The site has no server-side assessment storage, custom assessment telemetry, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or other product real-user monitoring.

Who operates this site

VMCSoft Digital owns and operates Use AI Clearly. For personal-data processing that VMCSoft Digital determines, it acts as the controller where applicable privacy law uses that term. This notice covers useaiclearly.com, not external sites that you choose to visit.

Assessment data stays in your browser

• Both deterministic tools calculate locally in the browser.
• The tools do not request task text, outputs, or confidential data.
• Copy, print, Markdown, and JSON exports are created locally.
• Runtime services require a separate approved data-handling specification.

Local progress and deletion

The Task Fit Check can save categorical progress in your browser's local storage. It remains on that browser until you reset the check, clear site data, or the browser removes it. The Output Verification Builder does not save progress between page loads.

The site application does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver or protect the site in some circumstances. Cloudflare explains those cookies in its cookie documentation.

Share links and exports

A Task Fit share link is created only when you request one. Its URL fragment contains the categorical answers and is not sent as part of the normal request to this site's server. Anyone who receives the full link, and browser extensions or synchronization services with URL access, may still be able to read it. Review the answers before sharing.

Clipboard, print, Markdown, and JSON actions are performed by your browser. After export, the copy is controlled by the destination you choose.

Ordinary hosting data

Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the static site. It may process ordinary request metadata such as an IP address, requested path, request time, browser or device information, routing data, and security signals. This processing supports page and asset delivery, caching, availability, abuse and attack prevention, and investigation of reliability or security incidents.

To the extent Cloudflare makes request metadata available to VMCSoft Digital, the operator uses it only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site or meet applicable legal obligations. Use AI Clearly does not add product analytics or send assessment answers with ordinary page requests. URL fragments used in Task Fit share links are not included in normal HTTP requests.

Cloudflare describes itself as a processor for Customer Logs and may act as a controller for data it processes for its own purposes. Its global service may process data outside your country. See the current Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its roles, uses, international-transfer information, retention practices, and contact routes.

Contact messages

This static site does not contain a contact form. If you email VMCSoft Digital or use its external contact form, the contact details and message you choose to provide are handled by the communications service involved and used to respond to and administer your request. Do not send assessment answers or confidential task content.

Retention

Browser-local Task Fit progress remains until you delete it or the browser removes it. Use AI Clearly does not maintain a separate server-side assessment record or product-analytics dataset.

Retention of ordinary request metadata can vary by Cloudflare service, security need, and configuration, so this notice does not state an unsupported single period. Cloudflare's current policy governs its retention. Retention of a message sent through an external contact route depends on the request and applicable operational or legal recordkeeping needs. Contact VMCSoft Digital for information about a specific request or record.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to complain to a relevant privacy authority. Those rights, their exceptions, and the available appeal or complaint routes differ by jurisdiction. VMCSoft Digital may need information to verify that a request concerns you.

Start a privacy request by emailing info@vmcsoft.com or using the VMCSoft Digital contact form. State that the request concerns Use AI Clearly and do not include confidential assessment content. If the request concerns data Cloudflare controls for its own purposes, use the rights and contact routes in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the last-updated date above will change. A material change to the site's data handling will also be recorded in thepublic changelog.
