Selected meeting notes are context for a summary; the model’s earlier training and unrelated workspace files are not.

What to record

For context to be operational rather than a reassuring label, record the bounded source set, data classification, authority, missing facts, and permitted output use. If those facts cannot be observed or tested, do not treat the term itself as evidence that the workflow is safe.
